Hooton

Hooton Railway Station car park is open all day (24hrs) with parking for over 400 cars. Parking costs £1. It is a public car park run by the council - no restrictions - no need to contact the council. The Merseyrail Wirral line runs right alongside. The car park is quieter around 6pm as Liverpool commuters return home. A hundred metres away is The Hooton pub, now closed and fenced off shame as the pub car park would have been an excellent setup location for your event. You will see my red car parked outside a small showroom/office block. I did not check the opening hours but it as closed when I was there 6.30pm
